Our History
BAMS originated from Building & Maintenance Services Pty Ltd in 1990, proudly Australian and privately owned business. In its early stages, BAMS would respond to natural disasters, crime scene response maintenance, and cleaning. With a strong foundation in the Building & Construction Industry, BAMS diversified its services in the following divisions: Joinery Manufacturing, Fitouts, Cleaning, Security.

1990 – BAMS IS FOUNDED
Building & Maintenace Services Pty Ltd (BAMS) is founded by Brian Zammitt. BAMS begins responding to natural disasters, crime scene clean-up,s and emergency building works and repairs.
1995 – LICENSED BUILDERS AUSTRALIA WIDE & NEW ZEALAND
BAMS earns licences cross Australia and New Zealand.
2000 – EXPANDSION OF FITOUTS
BAMS expands it’s services in office, retail and hospitality fitouts completing projects in Australia, New Zealand & Europe.
2008 – INHOUSE JOINERY MANUFACTURING & FITOUTS
BAMS diversifies it’s services to include joinery manufacturing and fitouts.
2017 – EXPANSION OF CLEANING SERVICES
BAMS expands it’s services to include Cleaning and Hygiene Management.
2022 – EXPANSION OF SECURITY AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES
BAMS further expands it’s services to include security and traffic control.
